If not completely satisfied with any Pierre Chenxu Herbal Skincare retail product, return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to receive a full refund (less the shipping & handling charges paid). The refund will be paid within 14 days upon receiving your returned products, and will either be by Check or by way of crediting to your Credit Card account, and you'll be duly notified by email once credit is effected. Full money-back guarantee applies only to RETAIL ORDERS, and NOT TRIAL KITS.

Note : Refunds are only applicable to products that are at least half-full. Identical products from the same customer, whether from one order or from separate orders, cannot be  returned used or opened. Only one piece that has been used (half-full) or opened can be returned.
